Led the redesign of the Alienware Command Center learning experience after YouTube influencers were driving more customer support traffic than the brand itself.
Reimagined the content, visuals, and structure to make lessons more engaging, clear, and on-brand — helping rebuild trust with the Alienware community and shift users back to official resources.

My first son was born with Peanut Allergies so I wrote a children's book to help him to explain to friends why lunch may be different for him.
When Eli meets a new friend Luke on the first day of school things are off to a great start. Before long Luke begins to act strange. Eli soon learns that not all elephants are alike.
